As a significant step in its strategy to diversify funding sources in line with its sustainable growth objectives, Topçular Endüstriyel has successfully completed its inaugural TRY 150 million lease certificate (Sukuk) issuance with a 177-day maturity, through DK Asset Leasing Inc. (DK Varlık Kiralama A.Ş.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dünya Participation Bank (Dünya Katılım Bankası A.Ş.).

As part of the transaction, CNC machines, lathes, and band saws were included among the underlying assets supporting the issuance, in compliance with the principles of participation finance.

With this issuance, Topçular Endüstriyel has further strengthened its presence in the participation finance market while reaffirming its commitment to leveraging innovative and sustainable financing solutions offered by the capital markets.
